Deborah and Company is an arts education and community development organization founded in 2012. The organization blends art, technology, and movement to support personal growth, creative expression, and leadership development for individuals and families.
Through education, training, and mentorship, Deborah and Company serves women, men, and youth pursuing pathways in the performing arts, entertainment, and media. Programming includes instruction in singing, writing, dance, spoken word, technical arts, musical theater, drama, and visual arts. By nurturing artistic excellence and leadership skills, the organization strengthens communities and empowers creative voices locally and globally.
We are dedicated to transforming lives and communities through the power of creativity. Rooted in faith and excellence, we provide young people and artists of all backgrounds with a place to discover their voice, grow their confidence, and develop their God-given gifts.

The Founder
As a creative and a leader, Deborah recognized that there were countless individuals with gifts, but without direction, support, or a space to truly grow. She saw the arts not just as expression, but as a pathway to healing, identity, and purpose.
What began as a vision in Deborah’s heart has grown into a movement that reaches individuals, families, and communities. By blending art, technology, and movement, Deborah and Company creates environments where people are not only trained—but seen, heard, and empowered.
Through education, mentorship, and hands-on experience, women, men, and youth are guided into the performing arts, entertainment, and media with both excellence and intention. Whether through dance, singing, spoken word, theater, or technical arts, each person is invited to discover their voice and develop their God-given gifts.
For Deborah, this work is more than a program—it’s a mandate. Rooted in faith and driven by purpose, Deborah and Company exists to restore confidence, awaken identity, and equip a generation of artists to impact culture. What started as one woman’s “yes” continues to grow into a global expression of creativity, transformation, and hope.
