Founded in 2012, Deborah and Company is an arts education and community development organization committed to transforming lives and communities through the power of creativity. With 28 years of experience in the arts, education, and leadership development, we bring a strong foundation of excellence, faith, and service to every program we offer. By blending art, technology, and movement, we create spaces where individuals and families can grow, express themselves creatively, and develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive.
We serve women, men, and youth who are pursuing pathways in the performing arts, entertainment, and media. Through education, training, mentorship, and coaching, Deborah and Company helps Creatives discover their voice, strengthen their gifts, and define their purpose. We are passionate about nurturing not only artistic excellence, but also leadership, character, so that every participant is equipped to make a meaningful impact in their community and beyond.

Our mission is to serve as a resource for families and a support to communities worldwide. We aim to help individuals who feel called to the performing arts, entertainment, and media sphere discover and define their purpose through education and training. Our mission is to empower and equip women, men, and youth to fulfill God’s calling through various forms of artistic expression, including singing, writing, dance, spoken word, technical arts, music, drama, and visual arts.

Our Story
As a creative and a leader, Deborah recognized that there were countless individuals with gifts, but without direction, support, or a space to truly grow. She saw the arts not just as expression, but as a pathway to healing, identity, and purpose.
What began as a vision in Deborah’s heart has grown into a movement that reaches individuals, families, and communities. By blending art, technology, and movement, Deborah and Company creates environments where people are not only trained—but seen, heard, and empowered.
Through education, mentorship, and hands-on experience, women, men, and youth are guided into the performing arts, entertainment, and media with both excellence and intention. Whether through dance, singing, spoken word, theater, or technical arts, each person is invited to discover their voice and develop their God-given gifts.
For Deborah, this work is more than a program—it’s a mandate. Rooted in faith and driven by purpose, Deborah and Company exists to restore confidence, awaken identity, and equip a generation of artists to impact culture. What started as one woman’s “yes” continues to grow into a global expression of creativity, transformation, and hope.
